We were extremely pleased with NW Quality Roofing and would recommend Jake and his crew to anyone. Jake worked hard to get us a good deal on materials and went out of his way to research some specific needs we had for our custom home. Jake was very responsive and professional from the beginning to the end and left the work site immaculate each day. All the guys on the crew were polite and very kind to our children and they let them watch what they were doing and even explained things to them so they could learn.

I would hire Jake again for any future needs I might have pertaining to his business.

Last year, my husband and I bought a 1920s home in need of many repairs including a new roof. The roof was patched in a few places and had several layers of shingles. We got three quotes for a replacement and it seemed that it was not an enviable job. It eventually started leaking and became an "emergency". We decided on Jake and Northwest Quality Roofing because the price was right and we had a good feeling about the company after meeting Jake. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jake and Chad took no time at all to get the old roof removed. They then worked closely with our contractor who was adding a roof to our front porch. They were always on time, cleaned up thoroughly and did a quality job. Our new roof is beautiful and has added value to our home, and they were just great guys! Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Jake and Northwest Quality Roofing!
